Animated campaign for refugees' Right to be heard. Documentary audio testimonies are put to life in an elegantly hand-drawn animated world, that metaphorically deals with the helplessness of being but in detention without any cause, information, translation – or expiration date.
Director's BIO
After graduating animation in Sofia, Melina-Elina Bondokova has established her name in Bulgaria and abroad as an illustrator of books and graphic novels. Her numerous and imaginative animated shorts have been selected and won awards in festivals in Bulgaria, Romania, Italy and Great Britain.
