Synopsis
In a town tormented by evil spirits, a young blacksmith ventures into the dark woods. He finds the Samodiva nymphs and hears their enchanting songs. Haunted by their voices, the blacksmith creates something which changes the destiny of the town forever. A prequel to “The Golden Apple” series.
Director's BIO
Dimitar Petrov started his career as a layout artist for Cartoon Network Studios Europe. Later he became a freelance animation director and designer, while also working on an Eastern European folklore inspired animated series, called The Golden Apple. Currently he is the CEO and Art Director of the newly founded Studio Zmei, and The Golden Apple series has become the studio’s flagship project.
